A B2B lead qualification service with a complex offer and no clear way to explain it online — built from scratch to communicate the value quickly and rank for the right searches.
Hello Sells is a B2B service that helps sales teams qualify leads faster — filtering out time-wasting conversations so their team can focus on deals that are actually going to close. It's a genuinely useful product, but one that's hard to explain in a sentence. The founding team had been growing through referrals alone. They needed a website that could do the work of explaining the offer to cold traffic.
B2B services with a nuanced offer face a specific problem online: if you can't explain what you do in the first few seconds, the visitor leaves. The Hello Sells team knew their product well, but their existing web presence wasn't translating that clarity to the page. The offer was described in too much technical detail, too early — without first addressing the problem it solved.
There was also no SEO structure at all. No metadata, no heading hierarchy, no content targeting the searches their ideal customers were actually making. They were invisible outside of their existing network.
I worked on the full project: messaging strategy, page architecture, copywriting, design, and Webflow development. The copywriting was the most important piece — translating a technical product into language that a busy sales director would immediately understand and care about.
I restructured the entire messaging around the problem first. Before explaining what Hello Sells does, the page establishes the pain: the time your team wastes on leads that never convert. Once that lands, the solution clicks into place naturally.
The page architecture was built around a clear funnel — hero, problem, solution, how it works, social proof, CTA — with each section earning the reader's attention before asking for the next action. I also built in a solid SEO foundation: semantic structure, proper heading hierarchy, metadata, and targeted copy for the searches their buyers were making. No black-hat tactics — just making the site findable for the right terms.
Organic traffic increased by 40% within the first three months after launch. More importantly, the quality of inbound inquiries improved — leads were arriving already understanding what the service did, which shortened the sales conversation significantly. The team now had a website that worked as a sales asset rather than just a presence.
