Overview

Techpark Prishtina is Kosovo's national technology park — a hub for startups, established tech companies, and international investors. With dozens of member companies, regular events, and a constantly changing roster of programmes, they needed a website that could keep up. Their previous site was static, hard to maintain, and didn't communicate the scale or credibility of what the park had built.

The Challenge

The core problem was complexity. The park serves multiple audiences at once — startups looking to join, established companies considering membership, investors evaluating the ecosystem, and the general public. Each audience needs to quickly find different information, which meant the old single-structure site wasn't working for any of them.

Beyond the navigation challenge, the content was outdated because updating it required going back to the original developer every time. Events were listed months after they'd taken place. Member company profiles were missing or incomplete. The team had good content — they just had no practical way to publish it.

My Role

I handled the full project: information architecture, design, and Webflow development including the CMS setup. A significant part of the work was mapping out how different types of content — events, member companies, programmes, news — would be structured, related, and managed over time.

The Solution

I restructured the site around the primary audience question: why should a company join? Everything else flows from there. The homepage leads with a clear statement of what the park offers, followed by pathways for each type of visitor. The navigation was simplified from a sprawling multi-level menu into a clean structure that works on mobile without sacrificing access to deep content.

The CMS was built to match how the team actually works. Member companies, events, news, and programmes each have their own collection with relationships built in — so a company profile automatically surfaces their events, a programme page lists its member companies, and everything stays connected without manual maintenance. The team can now publish and update content themselves in minutes rather than submitting requests and waiting weeks.

The Result

The site now reflects the actual scale and ambition of the organisation. Companies visiting for the first time can quickly understand why the park exists, what it offers, and who else is already part of it — which is the core argument for joining. The internal team has full control over their content for the first time, which means the site stays current and useful rather than becoming a liability that trails behind what they're actually doing.
